This historic property was homesteaded by John and Elizabeth Campbell in 1887. It is still owned by the Campbell family. Located in Dulzura, just 20 miles east of San Diego, this 320 acres of seclusion offers peace and quiet rarely available in San Diego County. It’s perfect for anyone looking to explore and enjoy nature. The farmhouse was built in 1933 and has been meticulously restored by the family. The property is still in the process of being improved by the owners. A fruit orchard & vegetable garden are under construction; the reservoir has just been stocked with over 250 young fish. Koi fish and Catfish are yet to come. There are three pens of beautiful Pea Fowl to enjoy feeding blueberries. This is not a party house, and the owners are firm about this.
